Properties that have suffered recent or historic structural damage due to subsidence requiring specialist investigations and reports for submission to insurance companies, loss adjusters etc.
Structural Investigations, Design and Reports.
Appraisal of properties requiring specialist investigations undertaken to assess the cause of the structural damage whether recent or historic.
Appropriate investigations to include drain and wall tie survey, localised site investigations, laboratory soil testing and analysis together with structural defects.
Upon completion, a detailed specification of remedial repairs including stabilisation can be compiled for costs.
A full contract administration service is offered from initial inspection through to completion of the works including structural design elements, certification and liaising with the local authority building control.
